Update on the 210 gallon tank.

I just thought I would post an update on my new tank. It has been up and running for about a month now. So far everything has gone pretty well. I decided to go with some high quality fish so I ordered all of the fish (except the silver dollars) from Jeff Rapps at tangled up in cichlids. Most of the fish are either wild caught or F1's. They are the highest quality available.

Are those Jebo canisters you are running on that tank? I recognize the spraybars. I use to have a couple Jebo canisters, the Odyssea CSF4.

jmccown - not Jebo's. For filtration I am running a Rena Filstar XP 3 , an Eheim Professional II 2028, an Eheim Professional 2229 (Wet/dry canister), and an Eheim 2213 canister. I am also using a Coralife turbo twist 26 watt uv sterilizer. I also have two powerheads in the tank.

Do the fish chew on your plastic plants?

Thanks. So far they have left them alone. However being cichlids I know it is just a matter of time.
