Updated pic of my sump

Major changes are that I hard plumbed my return pump, which is a Via Aqua 8000 I believe it is. About 2400gph roughly.

Also, I removed the media chambers and simply replaced with two filter bags as you can see on the far right.

Lastly, I added an ASM G4X, which barely fit under the tank. The skimmer is 30" high. I had 31.5" clearance. It is a great skimmer.

I have about 2 feet of space in my sump of which I plan to put about 50lbs of live rock in for filtration purposes along with some chaeto.

What do you guys think? Looking for opinions.

Baffle it and puts some lights above it and make it into a nice refugium.

There is a small light on it now, see the black hood in the pic. Just about 20 watts or so.

Nice! One of these days I plan on really doing my sump up right. I have redone it a bit, but I would really like to have a fuge one day. Right now it is a wet/dry system. I would like to find about a 75 gal tank to put in its place, have someone talk me through fixing it up into a fuge. I have learned that there are a lot of benifits to having a fuge. Lots of luck, everything looks really nice, and I am so jelous of that 380!!
