I currently have a Little Giant 3 running my fuge on a 150.
I have been given diff. opinions on upgrading my flow. Some say go with a Mag and some say go with a Sequence Dart, two complete endes of the spectrum.
My question, what would be my best choice for uping my flow and I will be interested in letting go of the LG3.

IMO increasing flow thru your fuge is not necessarily a good thing. I have always felt that you need to give the elements of your fuge time to work on the water that is in it. If you increase the flow thru the fuge you are decreasing the time for this to happen.

IMO it depends on what you have in your fuge. For most things I would agree with tperk that you actually want a lower flow however if the fuge contains just chaeto then i would go with a bit of a higher flow. In either case, a dart would be way overkill for just the fuge alone. I'm setting up a new system and one dart will feed the main display, frag tank and the fuge.

Yeah thru a fuge only you want low flow not high flow. If you have the usual sand/mud system with cheato.

Not exactly rawbomb. Chaeto likes a higher flow. Other macros prefer a lower flow. I've had chaeto thrive pushing probably 1500 gph thru a fuge.
