Upgrade: from 55 to 90 - Day one!

Got a 90 now to replace my old 55.

took a bunch of stuff out of the 55 into the 90 between friday and last night. WOW, what a lot of moving 18 galon rubbermaid buckets the last 2 days!!

Glad that's over!

I still have to move the base rock around and watch the water params .... but after about a day and a half the params look very good...

added 50-ish bls of TBS sand to get that filled in.

now to see if I have a cycle / how much of one.

so far looks good.


Rich: that bag of sand had about a 2 1/2 inch bristle star in it that looks like he will make it ok... he was in the corner wondering where to hide when I opend the box

Skimmer: AquaC EV-120
Pump: Little Giant MD4
Sump: Berlin type listed for Upto 150 Gallon tank.

Still need to adjust the rocks and add other stock as things settle down.
