Can you upgrade the 6100 to the 6200 by simply changing the driver?

No, in fact the driver is the only part that is the same between the two pumps.

can a 6000 driver be used on a 6080 pump making it a 6000?

When i uped my 2 6000 to 6100's i still have the 6000 drivers and am thinking of adding a third pump

No, the motor construction is completely different.
