UPS lost My shipment

UPS lost my shipment of pluming parts from Marine Dept.
I live in Fresno and they are in LA. Somehow the shipment got to Glendale then it disappeared, the tracking stop. After calling Marine Dept they resent the order as the investigation began with UPS.
It turns out UPS sent it to Arkansas. That was excellent Customer service. Props to Marine Dept.

It's an honest mistake. Jeez cut them some slack. Last time I checked Arkansas is right next door to Cali
