UPS mistake, Will I be at fault?

Hello, I made an order before the 4th of July and was supposed to recieve the order today. I made sure someone in my family would be here to recieve it, well UPS never dropped off the package. They did stop by to drop off an order I made to espn shop but they did not drop off the marine depot package with my family member.

My order was a dry good order (SI-391352) and I know there would be a garantee problem if it was a live good order. BUT in my dry good order there was a replacement bulb....POWERCOMPACT 96W 7100K/10000K QUAD . If there is damage to the bulb would I be outta luck?

I will pm my tracking # with the tracking # to my espn order to show that someone was home at the time of delivery.

Thanks for your post, according to the tracking information I have I show that your order is being delivered to you today 7/10. Considering where you live it takes about 4 business days for an order to get to you as we are located in California, July 4th was a holiday for UPS and there was no shipments of packages. We do ask when you receive your order to inspect for damages and to contact us if anything arrives damaged. I hope you find this information helpful
