USB not connecting

My Mitras 6100HV won't connect to my computer via the USB cable. It keeps saying error code 46. I've switched to my other GHL cable for my 6200 but still the same message...can of air blown up at the connector, and still won't connect...suggestions?

Is your PC's device manager showing that the Mitras is connected?

I got it working after digging around in the forums a bit. Driver for the USB had to be updated....
