Use Hyposalinity or Copper for these fish?

First let me preface and say that all of these fish are in a 20gallon long quarantine facility which consists of roughly 8lbs of live rock a buncha pvc and bare bottom. It also has an Aquaclear hang on filter with the ceramic cylindars for filtration. Additionally there is a 100gph powerhead opposite the filter. A 100watt heater is in use as well.

Okay so Anyway I have been quarantining for one day and one of the fish a Carpenters wrasse has developed cryptocaryon irritans.

I have done quite a bit of reading and am unsure as to whether I should dose Copper or do Hyposalinty? Which is better for the fish?

Mind you if I do either treatment the live rock will come out.

In the tank are two very small chalk bass, and two small Glass Cardinals, and the affore mentioned carpenter wrasse.

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Okay cool,

Guess its a bad idea to do hypo with the live rock right? Too much will die and foul the tank.

I have a AquaClear filter with the upgraded mesh bag full of the ceramic type media for a 20-30 gallon system will this be enough biological for all the fish?

Thanks!

do as many water changes as you need to keep the ammonia at 0.
also keep an eye on the pH as it will drop rather fast. keep some buffer to add almost daily.
