I would like to replace my hamilton 10,000K they are 16 months old and I was eyeing the new ushio's you guys have. Would they work on a magnetic ballast?

Thank you for your post, Usually these bulbs will require an HQI or an Electronic ballast to fire. I have heard from some hobbyist the the bulb will fire with a magnetic ballast, but cannot personally guarantee that for you. We recommend with any purchase of a German bulb that it be fired on an electronic or HQI ballast.
