Using 48" TEK over 29g whatcha think?

Ive been looking into lighting for awhile now and am thinking of getting the 48" 4x54w TEK over my 29g that's mostly lps. The fixtures only $25 more than the 24" , I can put a plant on each side of the tank. I also have a couple 55g and a 75g that I can upgrade to later so whatcha think? I think it will work.

I'm also looking at Catalina fixtures, I like that they have legs! I hear they are using the same ballast as TEK.
