Using a dosing pump to automate breeder

I have 2 pairs of bangaii cardinals and once my fishroom is set up I will ne setting up a breeding station.

Was wondering if this would be a good idea to automate the breeder.

Using a Profilux 4 pump dosing unit for (1) feeding artemia (2) feeding rotifers (3-4) auto waterchange drain/fill.

Will the artemia and/or rotifers survive the trip through a peristaltic dosing pump? And would they survive in the tubing at 12 hr feeding intervals? From what I was reading bangaii fry need to be fed 3-4x a day, with a mix of artemia and rotifers.

If this could all be automated it will make my breeding experience much more pleasant.

I'd expect O2 levels in the tubing to drop very quickly with rots and artemia in the tubing. Likely they would die in the tube in between dosing, leaving the first shot out of the dosing pump as a stinky water fouling mess.

For dosing live food, better off with a simple gravity fed drip system. Constant flow will prevent low O2 problems in the tubing ;)

or you could set it up to flush the tube with water after it's done. i saw someone else do that in another thread but i forget where.
