Using Bleach to oxidize zoanthids

wow!! lots of replies. Thanks guys I think that I am going to go for the Bleach / Muratic Acid / Ammonia mixture. :hmm5::hmm5::hmm5: J/K I know that will not only kill the Zoas but also anything else in my house and possibly the HAZMAT cleanup crew called to retrieve my body from ground zero.

I do think that I will go with the Bleach option as it is the easiest to determine when it has fully dissipated. I have a lot of Amquel to neutralize after cleaning.

Sounds like I am not the only one who has dealt with this type of problem.

Wouldn't that smell something aweful?

Temporarily , and when it came out of the microwave I rinse it in a Kalkwasser bath and then with just water and drying before it was put back in .
