Using PraziPro in DT experiences?

Had to do the unthinkable, imo, treat a reef tank with meds. I have always believed one should never add meds to a reef tank, but I had almost no other option. About 4 weeks ago I added 2 purple tilefish and 5 lyetails to my DT. After qt, TTM and 1 week observation, in they went. Despite having Formalin and PraziPro on hand, I skipped both and decreased my normal qt time because I was low on water. Early last week my hippo starting acting strange, shaking head, scratching, darting around and getting worse each day. I believe it must be flukes as not other signs are visible? Unfamiliar with flukes, I researched all I could and today added PraziPro. Is there something I should look for or do? I'm not sure it is even flukes, however, last night the hippo was in extreme discomfort and my purple tang started scratching too. Today, treatment was 3 hours ago; my hippo is acting completely normal!!!! Does PraziPro work that fast?

Prazipro is the only med I would dose in the DT. It does work pretty quickly on flukes, so it's not too surprising the fish are acting more normal.

Wow, I would have never thought to dose prazipro in my DT. My lieutenant tang is showing the same signs, and also appears to have a cloudy eye... Was there any negative effects on the coral or inverts during/after treatment?
