Using seasonal day length for light control?

So I got an APEX and am gradually programming it.
Currently I'm using the APEX season table only for the temperature control and have my Kessil A360W on a fixed schedule profile.

But I'm thinking to try using the season table also for the light control.

I'm also thinking to add a season table controlled moonlight to see if this could induce spawning of corals and possibly anemones (though I need to get at least another crispa for it to make sense).

Has anybody tried this and found it beneficial for anemones?

I have my moonlight to go to seasonal. Not a problem at all with that. No Idea on anemones.

Personally my sunrise is at 12:30p. Sunset is at 00:00. I have it that way to let me see it more when I get home.

I could set it to SUN+4 or something. That would simulate that time shift, but I know that at exactly XX:XX the lights will be at a certain spot. I actually plan weekend tank maintenance around my sun up/down as I have it in an area that is 100% light controlled.
