Vacationing when raising fry?

I am curiout about those of you who have raised fry, are you able to get away at all? My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows and thought we might go on a 'Get a way' for a day or two. With the feedings and cleaning everything, it's not like paying the neighbor boy next door to do it. Do you just not go away while the fry are only eating live enriched baby brine?

Either you don't go away, or, you find someone you can trust and train them to do all you are doing to keep them while you are away.
It becomes a big commitment for the sitter so it's not for everyone.

Thanks for the input. That's kind of what I am realizing. I am invested in this batch but considering the commitment I may just give future batches away.
