Hi,
I have a pair of Valencienna strigata (yellowhead sleeper goby). They are about 2" at the moment. They are too small to breed I believe, but I'm planning for the future. Has anyone successfully bred and raised them?

Hi-
Yes golden headed sleeper gobies have been successfully bred in the home aquarium. There are a couple of reports at the breeders registry. However I have not found any reports describing successful raising of the fry. In general goby fry requires lots of diligence (read extra small first food‚, and to use an example watchman gobies were raised successfully by a member in this forum, and she decribed her progress in a lengthy thread. It might be of help
good luck
