Back to the stand
I had a DJ strip inside the front door but the over bubblng skimmer was making things a little moist so I thought best to move it. I made two cleats to attach inside the side doors that hold the DJ strips.

I had a small leak in a union and had an epiphany so I cut a hole in the wall. Got lucky with the stud location. Lined up perfectly. I left the gate valve facing the side of the tank so I can look into the rear overflow box when dialing in the flow. Used wider stock to cover up the bigger then needed hole I cut. No sheetrock repair or wall painting necessary

Onto the aquascaping.
Tank is full. Took 3 days to clear up from the oolite dust. I used no epoxy but rather went with 3/8 delrin rod from Amazon. Used a 3/8 masonry bit and a cordless hammer drill. Kept the bit wet and it was a breeze( I did break 2 nice pieces of rock but well worth it I think. The base is all put together with the rods and can be disassembled if need be. I made a Bunch of these and then stacked rock on top. I bought a little more live rock then I needed and am still figuring this out though I'm really pleased with it being a one time deal and working with live rock vs dry rock

Let's talk flow..
The jebao 15000 runs into 1" pipe
Right side has 2 elbows and the left has one(I may try and eliminate one on the right but everything looks pretty even as far as flow from the vertical spray bars. There are four 1/4" holes per bar equaling 1" total. The bars were longer but the sand came up to them and I had to shorten them. These give my the flow I want behind the rockwork and corners. It's pretty open behind the rockwork though.

I'm also running 2x jebao pp-15s and 2x pp-8s each set is hooked to a jbwave Bluetooth controller that takes this wavemaking system to the next level. Each set alternates back and forth. Have them all dialed back as well.
 
Lighting...
I've got 3 16" wifi black boxes. I run a long photoperiod and max out the black boxes for 2 hours midday. These evergrow/popular grow have 24 point ramping throughout the day. Think I have 18 set

Hanging from 5/4 cedar "beams" this is a work in progress as I've run out of cedar but want to go over the ceiling in an atypical way for a statement
I've also just finished the 3 screen tops with 1/4" mesh netting.

Along with a new lyretail that I'm guessing the others killed. Can't see any of the other fish bothering the anthias.

So 17 Total and I'm done once I figure out this firefish situation... Whatever

I saw a thread from ********* on Facebook showing a burrow made from the 2-part marine epoxy sticks. So I borrowed this idea for my blue-spot. First one didn't turn out but the 2nd one worked.

The burrow has 2 openings but I left the other buried and figured the fish will open it if it wants to.

Heaters
I have a 500w finnex titanium element in the tank and a 300w finnex titanium element in the sump. Both are controlled by a bayite controller found on Amazon
These are great. You can Set the temp differential and calibrate the temp as well as set high and low alarms. Also has a socket for cooling which I may utilize this summer with fans if need be.

Upper temp is actual
Lower temp is set point
I have my differential set at .5 so when it drops to 77.5 the heater-on light will illuminate and turn on the heater till it reaches 78.
Both my 75s and this tank have not fluctuated more then half a degree since I got these
 
A few other details....I've always hated the gap in-between the glass and the trim. Water drips down the glass when taking my hands out of the tank so I taped off and siliconed that gap on the front and sides. I did the same thing between the stand and the tank trim since the tank sits down inside a lip. I have just uploaded these images:
 
Finally finished the 2 new side doors. Kept it easy and simple. Slab doors, no-mortise hinges , and a push-to-open magnetic latch. Offset the top hinges a little to ensure the door doesn't want to swing closed once opened. Had to mount a cleat to attach the latches.

Right side door is a little shorter to clear a step. I added a piece to the stand to make it all blend together.

Also finished up the visible portion of my wiring.

As far as the build goes it pretty much finished. Have some wires to get straight and need to mount a few transformers but other then that I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Planning pays off.
Thinking of Turing my black boxes sideways for better cover front to back. Could do 6 sideways. Overkill? LoL
Really like to get my hands on one g4 pro 32 and see the difference against my boxes on my tank.

And clear top-coat
Looks jet black but at the right angle and definitely under bright light the pearl really pops. Just enough under normal viewing.

I had this coffee table for awhile and was going to restore it but the detail sanding would have been a nightmare. Goes better with the new tank and stand couch setup anyways. Had glass cut for it as well.
