Velvet and chloroquine phosphate

I am having trouble finding a single-source post on curing velvet using chloroquine phosphate.

Use a single dose of 10mg/l and leave the fish in the tank for 20 days.

My main question is what is the best product and source for chloroquine? And is the 10mg/l (40mg/g) still the going rate? Can I use ammonia detox products with it? Any other concerns?
