Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my clown? and what the treatment is?

I've had him for a week. Rapid breathing since day one the larger clown seems fine except she seems to be going a little dark on top. The little one stopped eating as of yesterday.

All levels are perfect.

Maybe low oxygen. Have you tested for that?

Have lots of bubbles from the skimmer. so there should be plenty of oxygen.

Oxygen can't enter the water through little bubbles. That's why reefers don't use air pumps with air diffusers. Oxygen enters the water through it's surface. That's why we want surface agitation. Point a powerhead up at the surface and see if that works.

Huffing hard and a little skinny. Not a good combo. Something in the gills perhaps.
