I have a couple if anyone needs one. Also I have a couple that I made at work that will work for any skimmer that uses a maxi-jet for it's pump(bak-pak,seaclone)these make some serious bubbles.I have a Bak-pak on my soon to be frag tank(I have a couple of frags in there)I had to raise the collection cup almost all the way to the top because of the amount of bubbles it's making. So if anyone needs one LMK.

i saw this in action.. wow, what a difference Henry's self made venturis had on the amount of bubbles being produced.. having used both the CPR SR2, and CPR Bak PAk, if i was still running these, or any other maxi driven venturi skimmer i would opt to run these..

RcBrooke I have a Kent brand venturi that works perfect on a mag drive pump.I actually had one running my SR4 and it worked very well.

I will post a DIY thread, I have another idea that I want to try first if it works I will have two different ways to make them. The other idea is using 2 airlines set at 45 degrees apart. I want to see if it will produce 2x the amount of bubles.I also want to try to make them a little longer than they are right now.

it probably won't do 2x as much, but would probably do a percentage more

Well I made a double inlet venturi and it works pretty good.fat-tony I think your right about it not making 2x the amount of bubbles but it is def. more than with just one inlet.I also made 2 3/4" venturi's with a 5/8" center to try on my rio1700 and i'm getting a real thick frothy foam on top.I would have to say that these also work real well.DIY thread coming after I run these babys for a few days or so.Just want to make sure that i'm satisfied with their performance before other people go out and make them.

i'm sure there's an equation to explain it. The pump itself is only able to draw in so much air and as you add more inlets it will improve fractionally up to a point. After that point you can I bet actually hurt performance.
