Capt_Cully, so far so good a little touchy though with the air flow either their real thick with foam or wet trying to figure out a way to make it so the adjustment isn't so touchy.Then again it may be my skimmer.That's the larger ones i'm reffering to not the small one that's on the bak-pak that one is working excellent haven't had to ajdust it at all.DIY thread coming soon probably this weekend when I have time to sit down
First I want to thank you Henry for the home made Venturi. It fits perfectly and is running flawlessly. Within just a few minutes I could see a difference in the amount of foam being produced from the stock Venturi that came with my Bak Pak.
Plus for anyone interested the amount of bubbles this thing produces is amazing, I can only compare the bubble chamber to my friends G3, solid white and chock full of bubbles.
I will post more info after a few days and give an update.

Just wanted to post an update on my new home made Venturi...
1 week with the stock venturi would and has been producing about 1/4 inch of skimmate.
1 week with the new Venturi made by Henry. Skimmer cup has HAD to be emptied once and has almost produced a half inch in the collection cup since being emptied.
The skimmer cup has NOT been adjusted at all, it is running at the same height as with the stock Venturi.
I am just amazed at the EXTRA scum that has been produced that my stock Venturi was not able to produce enough bubbles to remove.
Overall I think my tank will be much healthier will Henry's Venturi then it has been with the stock Venturi.

Thanks Greg,for the kind words.I am glad the venturi is working for you.The one I have on my (pretty much empty) frag tank is still pulling out crap.Piazzon 12, if you have a maxi-jet feeding your bak-pak it should work these venturi's just slide over the power heads intake.They are only about 2.5 inches long.
