Venue ideas needed.........

At the last meeting we discussed possibly getting a speaker to come out and speak to our club. The hard part is finding a LARGE place to gather. These places need to be cheap ...or better yet free

Possible places could be VFW halls, Knights of Cloumbus halls, Elks club...of course schools and librarys are good too. Anyone live in a complex which has a hall avaible for residents?

E. Greenbush Library is available when they are open. They have a large multi media room and several smaller conference rooms.

Need to book early. You can have food (but probably not drink)

Jallard work at a country club, in Wilton prob, coold get the room for free or a song and a dance and have a speaker, sysytem wireless...let me know if thats too far or a possibility??????

COuld ask EDDIES to do it upstairs in their meeting rooms.

I know they have a few rooms upstairs that could perhaps work.

OR, at The Century House if we wanted to do somekind of a " CDMAS banquet" thing.

I think the 5 year aniversery is comming up soon.........
