I like how you caught on that I'm a chef. I will do!!! Alton always says that he doesn't like tools that only do one job; ie. a peeler. Well, this thing will be able to skim, froth, whisk, and blend the crap out of fish poop and organics from what ever!!!!! Better yet, i'll take full HD video with my wifes canon 5d markII!!!!!
