I know you have probably answered this before in the huge Vertx thread but between the 170 and 200, which would you recommend for a 150 total gallon moderately heavy stocked system?

Also, my sumps opening at the top is about 10"x13" but it has an inch lip around it(so the space is actually 11"X15" except for at the top of the sump). Would a 200 fit? Just for size comparison, how do these skimmers compare sizewize to an ASM G-3 (which is what I currently have in the sump)?
