Vertical Mechanical Float Switch?

anyone ever seen a mechanical float that's vertical?

basically the type of mechanical float used on ro/di auto fills but in a vertical fashion instead of horizontal...

I'm looking to add a layer of redundancy on an auto fill that would utilize a mechanical float.

link? is that an electronic switch with contacts or will it actually restrict water flow when the float is raised?

valve... thanks i'm going to investigate the adjustable brs one further... it's a tight spot I have, I've actually used those in the past the adjustable ones but did not realize they would work if done vertical... I thought they required the leverage pressure from being mounted horizontal in order to have enough holding power to create a positive seal against a pressurized source.
