Very Frustrated

I placed an order with your company on Feb 3rd. I received the package on Feb 9. Well the item came defective. So I called in and was told I would have to send it back and then you would send me out a new one. The representative sent me an email with the return label, when I clicked to retrieve the label it brought up an error saying the link was incorrect. The problem is theses labels are sent after 5pm my time, so I called in on Feb 10 and was told I would have another label sent to me, well its Feb 11 and still no return label. So now after waiting a week and the item comes in defective and now having to send it back which would prob take another week, and then having to wait another week for your company to send me a new one would add up to 3+ weeks to have the item really stinks. This is not the first purchase I have made with your company, and I would like for it to not be the last. I will pm the order number.

Thanks for your post, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Under normal circumstances we can only ship a replacement out to you when we receive the defective unit back, this is a normal business practice.
My records show that an additional return label was processed last night for you to the email address that you provided, I also show that it was transmitted this morning from UPS, please check your in box please keep in mind that these electronic return labels will expire in 10 business days.
