Never go full retard!
To anyone who was thinking of ordering gear from Aquacave.

A few months back I received a ARO VHO ballast with endcaps and one of the endcaps was cracked. I called Aquacave and they promptly shipped me out new endcaps.

I feel that customer service is their priority and if the are a few dollars more (which most of the time the are not). I would order from them than another vendor.

i agree, i got some broken T5 48" bulbs (not too surprised seeing how long and thin they are lol), we called, they said they would send one ASAP, got it the next day and sent them a picture of the broken bulbs.
