Very slow cycle???

Hey everyone, I set up two ten gallon quarantine tanks exactly two months ago. Both tanks have a small powerhead, heater, and a tetra hob filter with carbon pack and the black bio sponge. I used the raw shrimp method to get the cycle going, about half a piece of shrimp per tank. Anyway, neither tank has cycled yet...ammonia is still sky high and i have a very small reading with nitrite and zero nitrate. Should I be doing something else or just be patient. Two months seems like a long time to cycle.

Any particular reason for double posting this? Your other post is right below this one with some decent advise from noahm.
