VHO Lighting

I have four vho lights 2 10k and 2 actintic. I want to do a reef setup. What can i get and can't get? It's a 75 gallon tank.

i think you can keep almost everything. even sps towards the very top. (sps might be pushing it but iv heard of it being done.) iwould start off with softies or lps. and they go well i would try one or two frags of sps. alot of awesome tanks are lit by vho. good luck
