VHO Placement

I am purchasing a VHO retro and was wondering how far above my water level sould i mount the bulbs on my 90???

Also, is the Actinic Blue the same thing as the Super Actinic Blue??? the names are different on the recipt and i want to make sure i get the Super???!!!

I'm not sure who makes the actinic blue you are referring too, but the "super actinic blue" is made by uvl, former uri company and in my opinion is the nicest and the one that pops out the most colors. btw there are different types of actinic like 420 and 460 i believe, i'm not sure which one is which though.
