Just thought I would share some video I shot today of my tank. It has been up for about 2 months and things are doing okay. Most of the tunicates have disappeared and my red tree sponge is all but dead. However, everything else seems to be doing good. Love all the life that I continually find.

The tank has been running for about 2 1/2 years, but was down graded from a 75g that was running for about 6 years prior. The stuff from TBS has been in the tank for about 2 months.

Your tank looks amazing. What amazed me most was seeing the powerhead that is pointed upward. I'm so new at this...it never occurred to me to try that to see how it works.

Thanks! It is constant work in progress.

The power head pointing upward was suggested to me due to some issues I was having with my tank. It provides much better gas exchange when you run them this way or at least have one pointed at the surface. For my tank it works better since I did not have enough turn over with the water until I set it up this way. Unfortunately I was not able to get the Koralia to point up like that until I modified the base. Here is the thread on my local fish clubs forums that shows what I did. Basically the mod should work on K1-4, but anything higher was discouraged due to the amount of pressure they create and would cause them to be pushed around on the wall.
