Like it says above I made a quick video tour of both of my reef tanks that are plumbed together into the basement fish life support room. Over 500 gallons of water on this system.

Man, I just can't believe those fish were in a tank half the size of the 300. They must have been hunchbacked!

Could you maybe expand a bit on the mods you mentioned on the Tunze Osmolator?

Not sure they were getting hunch backed but they definitely outgrew their tank. In fact my wife says the sohal tang ended up costing her thousands because he was probably the reason I got the 300 then reinforced the floor, then built the fish room.

Maybe modification wasn't the right word but every day I came home to the ATO having the too low light on and the TUNZE was shut down and no longer functioning. By turning a dial inside the unit I was able to increase the amount of water it would add and thus solved the issue.

Appreciate it- the fish room has made my life a lot easier! Plus having two tanks but only one maintenance schedule!!
