Vinny, this is my Profilux Screen

Mine looks like the top one in those photos but I have turned the display brightness right down since I mostly use the Touch. Maybe the issue is with the brightness adjustment circuitry rather than the screen itself.

FWIW, I was told by Mathias a year ago that my version was not user replaceable.
At that time, there was talk of sending it to the new not yet open USA office but now it was requested to send it back to the homeland. Not that big a deal, just some extra shipping costs. It has already arrived at GHL.

Mine was p2 that was turned to p3 when the upgrade came out, I did my self according to instruction, now it's fading , can that be repaired by me?
Thanks

Why do they keep failing, I have 2 mitras and my 3ex, all with failed screens, I would expect things to last longer than 4 years due to the price we pay for top quality equipment.

Same here GazzMan
I have two Mitras. One is maybe 18 months old and I can barely see the screen. Not a big deal since I use GHL to control. But it doesn't look right.
And my P3x is maybe 3 years old and the lights are barely there.

Sorry, I missed this.

The unit arrived on Friday and they must have fixed it Monday because I had an update from Vinny first thing Tuesday morning.
Nice and quick!
Since I'm between tanks at the moment, Vinny is having them hold it for a couple of weeks until the next crate of GHL supplies is sent stateside, since return shipping within the USA will be cheaper for me than international shipping.

It took a while to get the ball rolling, but once everyone was on the same page and I had the OK from Matthias to send it out, things moved very quickly.

Got my Profilux back... much better! I can see the screen! :D

Thanks again Vinny and Matthias. Thanks for updating the firmware, too.
