How do fish or corals make use of vitamin C that is dissolved in water if there are no particles to take up.
At least if it was emulsified somhow, then you could gut load brine shrimp and feed the gut loaded brine to your target.
Presumably they either have an active uptake mechanism, or more likely, there is some sort of passive uptake somehow. I'd also expect that many organisms cannot use it when just dissolved in the water.
