vodka dosing

I haven't started dosing any amino acids yet so I am interested as well. What kind changes are you seeing so far?

Water clarity and algae disapearing so fast you can see the difference daily. My NO3 was only at 15ppm and i haven't re tested to see how much it had dropped yet, but it is visually appearant that it is making a huge difference. I am dosing .7ml daily when i do my top off on my 90g. I haven't seen any bad effects in the corals at all yet. Actually i am seeing more and better polyp extension on my sps.

That overflow was completely covered in the brown algae when i started dosing last Saturday.

I have never really had an algae problem or a water clarity problem so I haven't really noticed any changes in that. As far as color or the coral goes I have a pink lemonade frag that is starting to get some nice color. I have only had it for about 2 weeks though so I don't really know if its due to the vodka or not. If only vodka cured aiptasia I'd be set.

nice colors dugg, looks like it is working out nicely... I have used several aminos, currently brighwells, I hear Zeovit's is really potent, good stuff....

I have a blue fin damsel that can irradicate a forest of xenia in a day or two lol, but i don't think he would touch aptasia.

The colors in my Validia (think that's the name) and chips acro have just exploded in the last week since i started dosing. I bet my superman monti has put on a 1/4 inch this week too.
