Voltage on a 6100 tunze

I buddy of mine was sold a 6100 from a guy here on reefcentral. He has always complained about the out put, so while I was over there today I looked at it, the transformer says it runs at 11 volts, I would think this would be the 6000, but he wants to beleive that he did not get taken. Did he?

I dont remember voltages but the model number of the 6000 transformer is 7210.202 and the 6100s is 7410.602

A 6000 uses 7210.202 and is 11V, a 6100 uses 7410.602 and is 19V.
