Still need 4 volunteers to step forward for the auction and I need Mary to get a copy of the auctioneers credentials. 3 days to get this done or it's table sales only this round guys.

Also, when can we set up tables for selling stuff? Night before? Earlier in the day? I'm thinking I'd like to set up a table with some stuff for sale.

As far as I know if we don't get more volunteers to help with the auction by the 19th it'll be canceled. The swap is on the 26th still.

Yep actually I'm giving it till Monday morning. If we don't see volunteers and I don't get the info from Mary on the auctioneer (shes working on that), we can not go ahead with the auction part of the meet this time. Let me state that "This time" that only means we will postpone it prob till October hopefully by then we can get enough people involved to lend a hand in this event. I will say it again and so will anyone who has been to a CVRC auction. They are not small events and they require many many hands to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone gets there coral and money in the end. It is best described as "controlled chaos"

Aww, crap, I won't be home from something I'm required to be at, until about 7pm. I am gonna miss the entire thing. I feel like I have been missing everything going on with CVRC, makes me very sad, I miss everyone. I really wanted to be there this time. I am gonna be there in Oct, be Gods will.
