You do not need the Ecosmart driver as far as I am aware.

Since the Profilux VorTech controller communicates over wireless, does it mimic a master with the pumps acting like slaves? I would think that you would need a wireless driver for each pump. Would like to see this explained in a document.

This module only works with Wireless equipped Vortechs, so yes, you need wireless drivers for each vortech.

Good question, and one I don't have an answer to. I haven't been provided with many details as to what the retail package will include. I will let you know when I know.

I would say yes, as there is no PAB cable supplied with the powerbar. The othere reason is that there are different lenght... But with all that sayed it's a standard shielded network cable so they are easy to find

So a CAT 5 network cable will work?

Yes, it will (not a cross over just a regular strait cable). I would try to use shielded cable so that you are less prone to interferrance also but they are not required on small run that is issolated from interferance.
