Vortech Placement-&--What The Heck Is Wavecrest?!

My new Gen2 should be arriving tomorrow, and though my tank will not be setup for a couple of more weeks, I got some questions...

The tank is 36" L x 26" W x 21 T"--and I would like to place the Vortech high in one corner on the back wall. Can you really place these things anywhere in the tank with the same results? Logically, it seems that placing them high on one side, blowing across the length of the tank would be most beneficial...?

I get that pulse mode is wave making--back and forth and back and forth--but I have read that for SPS corals, this may not be ideal; that many SPS keepers prefer the Reefcrest mode...

But I can't find any information about what the flow is with Reefcrest...?

We'll have our latest instruction manual up on the website later today. On your tank you'd be able to provide plenty of flow by running the pump in short pulse mode and generating a standing wave or by running it in Reefcrest mode.
