Vortech stalling again!

Hello, you may remember that my vortech was stalling out a while back and you had me send it in. I sent it in and it was supposed to be fixed. It ran well for about two weeks. Now it has been stalling every night for the past three days. I fiddle with it to make sure it is running as its supposed to but no matter what I do, eventually it stalls. The motor also seems to be running very, very hot. I took off the pin spacer and noticed that there were circles scratched into it in the center near where the screw holding the magnet is. I cut out a little circle to see if that would solve it, but its still running hot, and stalling. Is it possible the motor is bad? I ordered to new wireless driver, will this help with the problem. What can I do?

I would need a name to remember or be able to look up the records. I think it best to send the pump back in so we can inspect it. The fact the motor is leaving marks on the pin spacer is not good. You may want to check for bent pins. So far this has been the only cause of pin spacers being worn. If a pin gets bent the spacer will not sit over the motor evenly. This can cause it to run hot and also possibly stall. If you do not see anything obvious send the pump back in and we will check it out for you.
