The outside of vortech has a little wiggling inside, when i put my hand in the tank and touch the inside no vibrations but the outside feels like something is loose inside. How can i tighten this or? Casey

What you're probably feeling are "ticks" caused by slight changes in speed. The microprocessor powering your pump is constantly monitoring the pump and making tiny changes to keep things going.

In other words, your pump is fine, no need to worry about this.

thank you or a quick reply, it sounds like moras code, 2 or three bumps a second sometimes one bump and other times 2 or three together, the outside of the pump seems to pulse with the noise.

thank you, alot of time listening to engines has messed me up over this i was looking for a smooth sound.(or even separation between the ticks) But there are no spark plugs in this so lol
