It's actually a "post prandial alkaline tide" (a bunch of bicarbonate released into our blood as a result of a high protien meal) that gets you.

It makes sense if you think about it. Parietal cells.....HCL goes one way, HCO3 goes the other way.

Well, Since I voted for ham and Kathy likes the peel-and-eat, I will vote for both. To help, I will agree to bring the ham and sweet potatoes.

How many people are coming?

Chris, can a head count be achieved by voting, coming or not. That would not allow for bringing someone with you, however. Welllll, how about, coming, bringing someone, bringing someone else, not coming. Maybe this could be done easier. Someone have a better idea.

I do not mind bringing ham for 5 if that is all that is coming. Make some peel-and-eat for my wife please.
