Waiting on Aquactinics

I just got off the phone with Trevor from Marine Depot.

I called him today because I was worried that by the time Aquactinics shipped my Constellation 72" T5 fixture, the return policy for the T5's I ordered from Marine Depot would have run out.

Trevor noted on my account that I would not be able to test the lamps until the fixture came in and said that if in fact one or more did not work that they would replace them.

I thought I would post this interaction to show what type of customer service one should expect from Marine Depot.

The fixture is fantastic!

One bulb, a 39W 36" Aquablue+, was DOA unfortunately.

13 out of 14 isn't bad though..hehe.

I will contact MD and start the exchange process.
