Wallpaper... BIG files posted here

He just called me to ask me what it was all about. He's in Toronto, and found the avatar via Google apparently. He did apologize, and said he'd take it down.

In the meantime, I let him know about my website so he can see my images, and I told him if he wants to use one in the future, to just ask first. :)

Hmmm, on google eh? Well, you never know. At least he didn't give you any problems.

and now for something completely different!

Inflames, those are all great pictures, but this thread is for HUGE pictures (1024 x 768) that could be used as a desktop wall paper. Did you intend to post larger versions perhaps? The GSP would make a good one, especially if the person was a gardener in the real world.

The ones I posted were 2848x2136 if you go to the original files, but Pbase resizes them to a more useable level for display.

I realise that, the only reason I have such high res pics uploaded, is that I was storing the pics to give a publisher access to use some of them in a magazine, and I thought the higher the res the better.

im starting to get the swing of taking pictures of fish ;) some of mine move so damn fast, its sweet that my new bulbs came in. new light, higher shutter, huzza

I love all the pics, but could you guys list the camera you're using and some specs. Newbie here needs to learn, and buy a new camera. I'm assuming I'm allowed to use these pics as wallpaper, isn't that why you're posting?

WOW, great thread.

I just found it and changed my wallpaper 10 times as I read the 8 pages.:D

Well enough procrastinating, I've got tank maintenance to do.

Don, some of us have our own webspace that we pay for. I use Ipowerweb.com for my hosting needs. $96 a year gives me lots of space and lots of bandwidth, and I post any images I like as size doesn't matter.
