You both added some excellent images. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty sure it's the S3. I played around with these pics in Photoshop and by desaturating the blues (only) got the corals to look very true to life. if the camera wasn't so slow i'd rave about it.

Some great shots here. I'll throw in my current background:

It is a tad small for wallpaper, unless you mean for a cellphone. ;)

That being said, those are beautiful zoanthids. I wish I had some that looked like that.

Here's a bit larger picture of my porcellain crab which I presumed to be dead on a few occasions.., only to be proven wrong. :D
And he grew quite large, too...

I was wondering if anyone remembered a certain picture. I looked thru this whole thread and it wasnt there, but its not like it was supposed to be. The picture was taken at an aquarium in hawaii and looked similar to the very first picture in this thread. There was speculation that the picture was photoshopped because it had pairs of triggers swimming in tandem and multiple flame angels hanging out together. does anyone know where a like to this picture might be? If you do Id appreciate the info.:strooper:

Here are some pictures I took a while ago. Unfortunately, none of these guys are with us any longer. (click on the images for the huge files)

My watchman goby.

Dwark Turkish Lionfish (one of my favorite pictures)

Green Bubble Coral (about the size of a softball when open like this)
