Want to be sure that this is ich (pictures)

I think I'm dealing with a recurrent ich infection, but want to make sure. Can anyone tell me if this is ich or something else? All fish are eating well, not breathing hard, not scratching. ALL of these fish went through seven weeks in copper - cupramine @ 0.6, tested regularly - and the tank was left fallow. During that time they showed NO signs of disease.

Here's the flame angel, he's got spots on/in his tail fin, but nowhere else:

The blue tang -- she's only about 1.75" long, these spots on her head are larger than grains of salt, very bright white, and they stick out considerably. In the first picture you can see that she has spots on her fins like the flame angel:

Here you can see how bright the spots are and the way they're raised off her skin:

Thank you for your thoughts.

Those spots are too large to be Ich; possibly Lympho or maybe even a bacterial infection. I did notice what looks like "dust" on the Regal, but I think it's probably just the pic taken thru the glass.

Thank you both very much. The regal's spots have changed over the course of the day, the largest on her nose is even bigger. The fishes' behaviour looks completely normal, none seem stressed, but they're definitely affected with something.

I'll go look up lymphocystis diagnosis and treatment.

Oh, and the pictures do make the regal look a bit 'dusty', I agree, but it's a reflection; she doesn't look at all that way in person; other than the white spots, she doesn't look any different than she does normally.

After taking a quick look, finding and reading some articles on lymphocystis, it appears this is indeed whats' going on in our tank. From what I read (and I will keep reading to make sure), the virus just needs to run its course. We'll watch for secondary infections, keep the fish as happy and healthy as possible, and cross our fingers.
