want to start running co2 (need help)

mine say open the bubble counter fill half full of freshwater and then reclose it, it should have a little wheel knob beside it at the bottom turn it till bubble start coming up through the water and adjust it as needed more or less to suit your needs.

Hope this helps, I haven't tried it yet but that is what my instructions say to do.

You are running this for a ca reator I'm guessing? Just asking because sometimes freshwater guys try to do this for thier macro growth and are wasting thier time.

Why? There is no shortage of CO2 in saltwater by chemical nature. Most are trying hard to eliminate it to stop low pH. Go over to the chemistry forum to get a more comprehensive answer. In freshwater planted tanks, CO2 is limited and is needed for the plants as a carbon source and salt has more DOC's than you'll ever want or need.

I'd use it for a ca reactor. It's a complete waste of time and co2 and possibly tank water parameters problems.
