Wanted: Heater

If anyone has a heater lying around they aren't using, let me know. This will be for water changes only, so doesn't need to be exceptionally stable or anything. I'll hit up e-bay after this, but just wanted to check first here because I know that some of us just have things lying around that we don't plan to use. I can pick up from reasonable distance, i'm in Berkeley.

I have a titanium 500 Watt heater, brand new.

However it has no thermostat. It's meant to be plugged into a controller. If you plug it in it runs full bore till you unlug it.

Wow, that's a serious heater.

Ok, I guess I should have said. This would be to heat up a 5g bucket of water. I'm not sure, but i'm guessing 500 watts may be a bit overkill for this.

Thank you for the offer! If anyone has anything a little weaker, that would be great. I was thinking somewhere between 50 and 200 watts.
