Wanted RR 90/110g Tank

I've gotten together everything I need for an upgrade from my 55g but the deal for the 90g seems to have fallen through. I already have DIY T5s so a tank with a canopy would be best. The origional deal was for an oak stand & canopy w/90g tank, for $350, so that's about what I have to spend. I might be able to talk Hubby into a lil more... I should be able to fit a 110g in the same space too, cause I have a 55g there now. I certainly don't need anything fancy like oak, as it's just going into my fishroom.

Take a look at this. Its the same width as your 55 but twice the size and you could make the stand and canopy.

Yeah, I've considered that, but am not very handy w/carpentry & that's a lil too much ot ask of Hubby.

I am a couple of months out (thinking late August to mid September) for my 210 upgrade. When I do that I will have a 150 Oceanic Reef Ready with a smoked back. It's about 5 years old with the Oceanic cabinet stand and a DIY canopy which aint the greatest as it was my first attempt at making cabinet doors. It is a tall canopy so you caan do anything with the lighting your little heart desires. It's 72 long by 18 wide footprint and I forget the depth. It has some scratches in the front but if you keep the glass clean it's not really bad. I would be looking for about $450 but since you're a cmas member and a really nice lady I'd let you have it for $400.00.

Let me know if you're interested. I have a week off in August when I plan on doing my basement remodel but I don't want to make the switch until September because I am going to go on vacation and don't want to leave a brand new setup unattended.

Thanks Adam but that's a bit too big. If I keep the turtles I have in the tank next to the space I'm putting the upgrade into (I wish I could find a good home for them w/lot's of room), then I only have room for a 4' tank. Thanks anyway!

It's too bad you don't want to take it though. I'm kind of a procrastinator and if I had a home and a deadline for moving out the 150 it might make me work a little harder and faster on my basement.:rollface:
